Yep, it’s really possible. I have several recipes under $5 per serving, I don’t talk to much about it, but I do know thats sometimes you have a budget moment and you would like to look into some of Check the recipe folder!
My metabolism is a high one, however for some people it’s different. Therefore people ask me to come up with more diet recipes, because they wants to get ready for this summer, they want to get back in shape or they want to maintain their gorgeous bodies.
So I promised to do my best, I realized I could control the portions. How often do we go to fancy restaurants, come home and were still hungry. Now I wanted to find a solution somewhere in between, not to starve my people or to over-eat.
My secret is portion control!
What do I mean: Slice a large Tuna Steak for example into smaller little steaks and share it with 2 or 3 people. Because it sad to see food end up in the garbage or to over-eat!
However, I like to add a, what I like to call stomach filler to the meal, like a several veggie’s, to a meal. Another trick is to set the table with small silver ware. I know you are cracking up right now, but believe me the smaller the spoon, the smaller the bites the longer it takes to finish a meal the fuller you get. It’s a psychological trick, but believe me it works. Also I would recommend, eat every 3-4 hours to keep the engines going, it stimulates your metabolism ad it really works to stay in shape. In this case a $5 meal is a very economical decision, if your going to have 3 to 4 small meals a day!
